Privacy Policy

Overview

Magnetic Vision is an iPhone utility that visualizes readings from the device magnetometer and can anchor locally measured samples in an AR camera view.

We do not sell personal information or use information from Magnetic Vision for targeted advertising.

Camera, magnetometer, and motion

Camera

Camera access is used by AR Field mode for the live AR view and world tracking. Camera frames are processed on the iPhone. Magnetic Vision does not record them or upload them to Cishor.

Magnetometer and motion sensors

Magnetic-field and motion readings are processed on the iPhone to render live visualizations and place measured AR samples. These readings are not sent to Cishor.

Local sessions and CSV sharing

When you record a session, measurement values, vector components, timestamps, and relevant scan settings may be saved as CSV inside the app’s local container. This data remains controlled by your device and is removed when the app and its local data are deleted.

You may explicitly export a CSV using the iOS share sheet. Magnetic Vision does not automatically send the file to Cishor. The privacy terms of the destination you select apply after you share it.

Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you voluntarily include, such as a description, screenshot, or exported session. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and comply with law. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Apple services

Apple independently processes App Store downloads, purchases, Apple ID account information, and payment information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Cishor does not receive your full payment-card details.

Children

Magnetic Vision is not directed to children. The app itself does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.

Security and retention

App measurements and recorded sessions stay in the app’s local container unless you choose to share them. We use reasonable safeguards for support correspondence, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can control Camera and Motion permissions in iOS Settings, stop recording at any time, and remove local app data by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information contained in support correspondence, or object to certain processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, platform, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revision is published.
